Cross Domain Consent Sharing with different Settings-IDs
Cross Domain Consent Sharing requires the use of one Settings-ID on all affected domains. If domains use different Settings-IDs, consents cannot be shared due to technical and legal reasons.
Some customers proceed in this case in such a way that they use the same Settings-ID on their portals and specify all technologies of all domains that should share consents. If and how this is legally possible should be discussed with the respective data protection officer of your website.
Cross Domain Consent Sharing is available in our Business and Enterprise plan.
