How do we support to be compliant with the (new) US legislations?

Framework Template:

Our templates can be used for the US legislations including CPRA (addendum to CCPA in California), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.

You can choose to select one framework per settings-ID and combine it with Geolocation Rulesets.

 

  • New CPRA framework: Disclaimer will be adapted and the toggle will be labeled:
    “Do not sell or share my personal information”.

  • New VCDPA (Virginia) framework: Disclaimer will be adapted and the toggle will be labeled:
    “Do not process my personal information”.

  • New CPA (Colorado) framework: Disclaimer will be adapted and the toggle will be labeled:
    “Do not process my personal information”.

  • New CTDPA (Connecticut) framework: Disclaimer will be adapted and the toggle will be labeled:
    “Do not process my personal information”.

  • New UCPA (Utah) framework: Disclaimer will be adapted and the toggle will be labeled:
    “Do not process my personal information”.

The labels and the disclaimer can always be changed and adapted.
