DPS Details - Full or limited

In addition to our our “full” Data Processing Service (DPS) templates, which include legal information related to each tracking technology, we now also offer a shorter version of these DPS templates. This includes less information for regulations like the CCPA, CPRA and VCDPA, which don’t require the full complement of legal detail.

It is possible to select “All DPS details” or “Limited DPS details” within a configuration (Configuration → Legal Specifications):

Limited DPS Details will only show:

  • Name of service

  • Description of service

  • Processing company

  • Data Purpose

  • Data collected

  • Data recipients

Default settings by framework for new configurations (settings-IDs):

All DPS Details

Limited DPS Details

All DPS Details

Limited DPS Details

GDPR

CCPA

TCF 2.0

CPRA

VCDPA

CPA

CTDPA

UCPA

Please note that for current configurations (GDPR & CCPA), the changes have not been made automatically and all templates have “full DPS details” as the default setting. This can be manually adjusted if desired.

You are able to adapt and change the DPS details option as you need it.

Below you find an overview of the information included in each option:
