Which calculations do I need to use to calculate my total OptIn and OptOut rates?

  1. Download the CSV file of the Opt-in Reports in the Reports section of your Admin Interface.

 

  1. For the total opt-in rate you can calculate the sum of opt-ins & opt-outs. In our case, we have 41,378,350 opt-ins and 13,943,629 opt-outs. Finally we calculate a total consent rate out of the sums. Therefore you take the sum of opt-ins divided by the sum of opt ins & the sum of opt-outs.

The total opt-in rate here is 74.80 %.
