How should I format the Opt-in Report to get valid results for one Data Processing Service?

Take a look at the reporting for a single data processing services that is important for you.

  1. To do so, log in to the Admin Interface and download the report for a specific period:

 

  1. Then you calculate the total opt-in rate for that service:

In the following example we are taking a look at AppNexus. Therefore we filter our CSV file for the processor name AppNexus. Now we calculate sums: 245,867 visitors gave the opt-in for the service & 137,771 didn´t. Finally we calculate the consent rate out of the service: sum of opt-ins divided by sum of opt ins & sum of opt-outs. The consent rate here is 64.09 %.
