What's the difference between the statistics in the Analytics Dashboard and the Opt-in Report in the Usercentrics Admin Interface?

The Analytics section in the Admin interface gives you an overview of how your users interact with the CMP. It only takes into account explicit interactions.

  • Accept All: The user clicked the Accept All button in the first level without looking for detailed information.

  • Deny All: The user clicked the Deny All button in the first level without looking for detailed information.

  • Granular: The user searched for more details before indicating their preferences (click into the second level or custom Consent settings).

The opt-in report also takes into account implicit interactions.

For example: a user who does not interact with your CMP implicitly opts-in to all non-essential services.
