What kind of reporting does Usercentrics offer to customers in version 1?

We offer two types of reporting/analytics for our customers to analyse their consent data.

Dashboard - daily (available to all customers)

  • Accept All/ Accept All: The user has clicked the “Accept All” button in the first level without looking for detailed information.

  • Deny All/ Deny All: The user has clicked the “Deny All” button in the first level without looking for detailed information.

  • Granular: The user searched for more details before specifying their preferences (click in the second level or custom Consent settings).

Opt-in report - monthly (available for Business and Enterprise customers)

  • Total overview of opt-ins/opt-outs

  • Overview of opt-ins/opt-outs per DPS

Customers can analyse:

  • Opt-Ins/Opt-Outs per DPS

  • Opt-ins/opt-outs per action, e.g. how many opt-ins via the "Accept all" button compared to other opt-ins?

  • How many explicit opt-ins/opt-outs?

  • How many users do not interact with the CMP → all settings with the "onInitialPageLoad" action.

  • ... and more
