Will users appear more than once in the report, if they revisit the website or change their consent?

Yes, consents are aggregated over night and the aggregation only uses the last preference of each deviceAuditId (“user“) of the day.

The Opt-in reports show the last interaction/preference per day for each deviceAuditId ("user").

E.g.: User changed 3 times their preference on Monday (true, false, true), two times on Tuesday (false, true)→ report result: 2 Opt-ins in the report, one for Monday, one for Tuesday.
