How does Usercentrics handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)?

To provide Data Subject Access Request information, we require a Controller ID. Your store users can find their Controller ID in the privacy settings of Usercentrics CMP.

Privacy Settings (Second Layer) → Services → scroll to the bottom → Controller ID

Once you have the relevant Controller ID from your online store user, contact us at techpartners@usercentrics.com. The consent data and device data of the respective user will be passed on to you, the website operator, and you can then provide this data to the user making the request.
