How can I comply with a visitor's request for information or deletion of data?
The data can be requested via the Ticket System and the following information needs to be included:
Domain & Settings-ID
Valid email address and phone number (to send the information to)
Controller ID
If the time period of the requested data was less than 2 months ago, we can usually send the consents within 48 hours. If the time period is more than 2 months ago, retrieving the data can take up to a week.

Request Process at the Usercentrics Data Center
Based on the Controller ID, the stored information (Consent Info) can be merged in the database and selected for the specific user. In this process, the consent data (Consent data) and device information (Device data) of the respective user are passed on to the website operator (Usercentrics Customer). The website operator can then provide the data to the respective user.
