To sync consent collected with your Usercentrics CMP also with your Shopify setup, you can utilize a combination of Predefined Data Processing Services (DPS) available from our database and an event listener that syncs the collected consents for these services with the Shopify Customer Privacy API.
Depending on if you’re using Version 2 of the Usercentrics CMP or already switched to Version 3, the steps will differ a bit (details below).
