In this article we present you with a detailed explanations related to login problems for new and already existing customers.

You will not receive a password from us, as you determine and use your own password.

Overview

Two steps are required for each login:

Existing customers and adding new users

The Usercentrics Admin Interface can be managed by multiple users. If you would like to grant access to your account for a new user, please follow these steps:

  1. The new user will set up their personal account at admin.usercentrics.eu. They’ll click the “Sign up” button and follow the instructions on the website.

  2. Assign the new email address to the existing Settings-ID. A user who already has access to the Settings-ID will login into the Usercentrics Admin Interface and adds the new email address in the General tab (V1) or in the Account Settings → User Management (V2). Once done, this email address has access to the Settings-ID.

I already have an account but still cannot log in

Please check if you have used your email address and a password that you’ve set up specifically for Usercentrics (1). Or are you using your Google or Microsoft account to log in (2)? If so, please use the according buttons for those accounts to log in:
