Why doesn't Usercentrics block any Data Processing Services right after installing the script?

For our Consent Management Platform to function, two requirements must be met:

1. Our script must be fired directly in the website or via a Tag Manager.

2. All other scripts of the employed Data Processing Services must be modified.
