Usercentrics - PUBLIC

Why can't I log in (Account Interface)?

Usercentrics does not have access to or provide you with a password. During signup, you’ll choose your own personal password.

Please check if you are logging into the right UC environment. Do you have a Starter, Advanced, or Premium license? You are right here and have to use account.usercentrics.eu to login.

Are you a Free, Standard, Business or Enterprise client? Please follow this article:

Overview

Two steps are required for each login:

New Customer

To get access to the Usercentrics Account Interface please book one of our paid packages.

  1. Create your personal user account for Usercentrics. Please visit account.usercentrics.eu and use the “Signup” button to set up your account.

  2. Assigning your email address to a company within the Account Interface. This step is done by Usercentrics as soon as you book one of the Usercentrics packages. We create your unique Company in the Account Interface and add your email address to it. You’ll receive an email confirming that process and can then log in.

Existing customers and adding new Users

The Usercentrics Account Interface can be managed by multiple users. If you would like to grant access to your account for a new user, please follow these steps:

  1. The new user will set up their personal account at account.usercentrics.eu. They’ll click the “Sign up” button and follow the instructions on the website.

  2. Assign the new email address to the existing company or a specific configuration. Further information on the different types of users and the access levels “company” and “configuration” can be found in our documentation.

I already have an account but still cannot log in

Please check if you have used your email address and a password that you’ve set up specifically for Usercentrics (1). Or are you using your Google or Microsoft account to log in (2)? If so, please use the according buttons for those accounts to log in:
