Is it possible for end users to scroll through my online store without interacting with the cookie banner?

The Background Overlay under the Branding section of the Cookie Manager app can be configured to either allow or disallow end users to scroll through your store prior to consent collection. Your selection will then be consistent across your homepage, privacy policy page, etc.
