If you want to set a different link / URL per language, e.g. for EN than for DE, you can easily do this using the Translate Button:
In the Admin Interface: go to Content → First Layer → Imprint & Privacy URL.
Use the respective "Edit and Translate" field to store a separate URL for each language.
