In theChargebee Self Service Portal you can:

  • download existing invoices

  • update your address

  • update your payment method

  • update your credit card information

  • add your details for direct debit

  • check general information regarding invoice details

Steps to log into the

Self Service

1. All invoices that we send out through Chargebee are sent out from Usercentrics have a link to the Chargebee Self Service Portal. You can either use the Link “Customer Portal” in the main text or use the link on the bottom “Log into your account now →”

2. Enter your email address which is used in Chargebee (the one that received the invoice).

3. After inserting you your email address, we’ll send a one-time password to that address.

5. By Selecting Payment methods you can update your credit card information or select direct debit with our partner GoCardless.

How to use Chargebee

1. Use the search field to find your account

4. For example, you can send the invoice as an email or export as PDF and download it

5. In the customer level you can also click on “Update Billing Info” to change the address, email address, company name etc.
