Controller-ID is a unique and random ID that we assign to a user's device the first time they visit and a page. We store it in the device itself. We need this Controller-ID information to assign consent data to a user/device. If the local storage is cleared, then an already existing user will be considered as a new user and will be assigned a new controller ID, when he will visit again the website.
